Southend Barns Weddings

Located in Chichester, Southend Barns is a truly stunning location for a wedding. The barns have been beautifully restored and offer plenty of space from the gorgeous ceremony room to the main barn and secret garden. There are an abundance of outside locations for romantic portraits. Anna and Adam were married here on a beautiful sunny day in May. Having always wanted to photograph at Southend Barns I jumped at the chance to help Yasmina Nadine at this wedding.

After the ceremony we went for a stroll around the lovely grounds and Adam and Anna had a german tradition of having a competition to see who could cut round there half of a heart. It was a close call! I think you'll agree as well that the cake here was amazing, almost too good to eat.

I hope you enjoyed looking through a selection of photographs from this beautiful wedding. I'd love to hear about how the planning is going for your own wedding. I would love to be your photographer. Get in touch via my contact form and you can also take a look through my galleries.

The Green Cornwell Wedding Photography - Lisa and Will

The Green, Liskeard Weddings

The Green located in Liskeard is a fantastic complex to get married. So many different buildings from barns, cottages, courtyards and woodland which makes it a great location for wedding photographs.

I've known Lisa and Will a number of years having worked with them both professionally. It was a pleasure and an honour to be asked to photograph their special day. After extreme showers the day before we were all delighted that the weather decided to grace us with glorious sunshine which complemented the lovely surroundings at The Green.

I loved how Lisa when entering the wedding barn did a little dance down the isle, great moves. A lovely emotional at times ceremony followed before the guys were heading back down the isle for a confetti shower of pom poms, a first for me.

The red brick barn was all ready set for the wedding grub which was fabulous and was followed by the speeches before I took the guys for a little stroll around the grounds

I love an evening do that has a live band as it really gets the dancefloor going and it was no exception here and after a sparkler run I left the party to continue late into the night.

Addington Palace Weddings

Mark and Taya’s wedding was on a beautiful day in late September and was a flashback to the great weather we had all summer. I started my morning at Addington Palace where Taya and her bridesmaids were preparing for the big day ahead. It was a super relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Meanwhile Mark and the boys were at the nearby De Vere at Selsdon Park getting themselves ready for the day ahead.

Onwards to the church service at St Mary’s the Blessed was a great heartfelt service. Mark and Taya looked amazing and their love for each other was really shone through.

Being such a sunny day Mark and Taya’s guests could make full use if the grounds at Addington Palace for drinks and canapés. The saxophone music was a great touch in the background while everyone mingled. Throughout the whole day so far the vibe was magical so I was excited to see how the rest of the wedding was going to unfold.

Mark and Taya were such an amazing couple going with all my suggestions and we made use of that sunshine to get some romantic portraits of them

What a room layout at Addington Palace, that chandelier was superb and the team there did an amazing job at getting the room looking so beautiful. The speeches were lively and fun and had everyone in stitches

Onto the dancing and the very talented ear candy who had the dancefloor rocking. I love it when the evening comes to life like this.

I hope you enjoyed looking through a selection of the photographs from this fabulous wedding. Mark and Taya it was an absolute pleasure to be a part of your special day at Addington Palace. Chiswick House Wedding Photography

Tan and Victoria had the indian part of their wedding at the incredibly beautiful Chiswick house and gardens in West London. It's such a majestic setting for a wedding and provides an amazing backdrop for wedding photography. The house dates back to the 18th century and has been host to countless celebrations over hundreds of years. You really feel like you're part of history getting married here.

Victoria was preparing for the day with close family and I joined her in the morning in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Victoria's Aunt helped her to be fitted into her saree and she looked stunning. The mehndi art on Victoria's hands and feet was so intricate and also looked incredible.

Tan meanwhile was making sure everything was looking perfect at Chiswick House while close friends and family made their way to the venue. The marquee set-up was looking impressive and can accommodate a large number of guests and proved to be a great place for a indian banquet and a cracking evening celebration.

The blessing itself was a beautiful intimate service inside Chiswick House itself for immediate family and close friends.

Being a wedding photographer I'm lucky enough to shoot in amazing venues like Chiswick house and gardens. The grounds especially on a sunny day like this are outstanding. We took a short buggy ride around the grounds to get some wedding portraits while the guests were all seated for dinner.

Tan and Victoria were accompanied into the marquee by some dhal drummers which was a grand way to make an entrance. These guys even played along to a number of tunes in the evening which had the dance floor absolutely rocking and got all the guests moving! It was an indian feast that awaited the guests and that was followed by some cracking speeches from Tan and his best man. The first dance was one to behold. Starting off with a slow track that exploded into life with a great routine that blew everyone away and was so much fun to watch. Hope you guys enjoyed looking through a glimpse of the day. Huge thanks to Yasmina for being amazing assisting on the day.

Lythe Hill Hotel Wedding Photography

What a incredible day being Rhian and Callum's photographer at Lythe Hill Hotel

Lythe Hill Hotel and Spa Weddings

I was thrilled when Callum asked me to photograph his and Rhian's wedding at Lythe Hill Hotel this summer. Being a wedding photographer in Surrey you are blessed with some really great venues, Lythe Hill certainly is one of those. Based just outside the beautiful commuter town of Haslemere, I'm familiar with the area having been on many walks passing through Lythe Hill and it's one of my favourite venues to photograph.

With the amazing weather the wedding was held in the glorious grounds at the gazebo by the lake. Chilled and relaxed could definitely be used to describe Rhian and Callum's approach to the day, nothing was fazing this couple. I was told they would be the easiest wedding clients ever but they aren't fans of having photographs took. I hear this a lot and it's my job to make sure that this scary thought becomes a pleasant experience!

After a great service drinks and canapé's were served on the lawns with everyone mingling before heading inside for a fantastic barbecue. A couple of great speeches by Callum and his best man ensued before I whisked the couple off for some photos around the grounds.

Great Wedding Party on the Dancefloor

I never knew the song 'moves like jagger' was written about Callum. Great enthusiasm and hats off to you for being a pretty much ever present on that dancefloor! Its great when you get an evening celebration and loads of people get up. After Rhian and Callum's first dance the DJ played a great set playing all the classic wedding tunes. I left this lot partying well into the night! It was a pleasure to be a part of your day.

Hope you enjoyed looking at a short gallery of photographs from the day. If you are getting married at Lythe Hill Hotel or anywhere else for that matter get in touch and lets chat about your big day.
